“The Bush can be a healer. Slow it down, look within and be present in the now”
Simon Watts
I’m a passionate studying social worker who believes in positively challenging the current systems and finding new ways to give people access to mental health services.
I value the individual (with a focus on youth and young men) that may be grappling with many challenges, and social exclusion. I work from a strengths perspective, that is guided by social work principles, alternative wellbeing practices, along with my experience and knowledge working from trauma informed care.
IN NATURE THERAPY aims to foster wellbeing through shared experiences in the bush and outdoors. These experiences promote movement, challenges, acceptance and resilience in a fun and therapeutic safe way, In the natural environment. "GET OUTSIDE, YOU'LL FEEL BETTER FOR IT"
